Returns / Changes

You have the right to return or exchange the products you have purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. After 14 days from receipt of the products, there is no right to return or change your order.

2. Upon request, send the products via the courier company ACS Courier. The direct cost of shipping and returning the products is borne by the customer.
Please ensure that the shipping package is secure, so that no damage is caused during the transportation of the product.
Please be advised that our company is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the return transport.

1. The product has not been worn further of the test.
2. The special company label, as well as the product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.
3. No parts of the watch bracelet or the jewelry in question have been removed and no modification of any kind has been made.
4. Return all accompanying items such as the box, warranty, operating manuals and proof of purchase.
5. If the product comes with a gift, it should be returned with the product.
6. Returns on Seasonal Items are not accepted (Charms, Easter items, etc.).
Once we receive the product and determine that the above conditions are met, we will notify you of its acceptance. If you wish to replace it with another product, we will let you know the details of the new shipment. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.
Product exchanges can also be made at KALFIDIS Jewellery's physical stores with proof of purchase or exchange card.
In case you request a product change and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the original order, the difference in price will not be refunded, but will be credited to your name for future purchases.

If you do not wish to replace the product with a new one, the refund process will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products. The refund will be made to the original means of payment. In case of payment by card or via PayPal, Revolut, etc., you will receive the refund on the respective card or on your PayPal account,
Revolut etc.
If at the time of purchase you selected cash on delivery as a payment method. The refund in this case will be made through a deposit to the bank account you indicate to us.
Please note that the transfer fee charged by your bank will not be refunded. Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged for other products and are not redeemable for cash.
No refunds are available in the physical store.

If you have received a defective product or if something different from what you have ordered has been sent, please inform the company. We will arrange for the return of your package and inform you of its management as soon as we receive it. In the event of an error by the company, the change will be made at no cost to you.
We inform you that our company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and in no case is our company obliged to replace them.
For the replacement and any form of repair of products of another company, only the dealership itself is responsible. For the best service to our customers, our company undertakes the transport and receipt of products for repair to and from the respective dealership. In this case the shipping costs are borne by our customers.
